14. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on the Website with its last-updated date. Changes take effect when published unless stated otherwise. Continued use after publication means the revised Terms apply to subsequent use.
15. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it will be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary or, if modification is not possible, removed. The remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay or failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual dispute or claim arising from them or use of the Website are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you use the Website for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom or other jurisdiction in which you live, where applicable law provides.
